Uday Mukerji was born in India, and he worked as a creative director in advertising agencies in Singapore for over twenty years. Although advertising was great fun, in 2009, he changed gear to fast-track his new goal in writing. His debut novel, Love, Life, and Logic - 2017 Readers' Favorite Award Winner - was published by Harvard Square Editions, NY in November 2016. His second book, Dead Man Dreaming - recipient of the Book Excellence Award - was published by Adelaide Book, New York, in October 2019. His short stories have also appeared in many print and online magazines.
