S S Saywack is the author of the Mary Finch Mysteries – Mary Finch and the Thief, Mary Finch and the Grey Lady, Mary Finch and the Spy, and to be released soon, Mary Finch Endgame. After a career as a Graphic Designer, then as an art teacher, I took to writing short stories, flash fiction and novels for middle-grade readers. I have a love of history - Victorian England and the early twentieth century – and I am an avid reader. I live in the East End of London, a place well suited for my creation, Mary Finch, to explore and to have her adventures. This is made more so, as the books are set in the fictional world of Sherlock Holmes - so foggy London is all the game. I write mainly Middle-Grade books, and there are several in the pipeline awaiting release, but I am also writing a cosy horror ghost novel that will be a part of a series.
